Our mission is to create an enjoyable, yet productive experience during our engagement – and beyond. We are flexible and will do everything we can to satisfy your needs as we move through the project. While each project is different, the following simple process phases are identified and serve to keep the project on track.

  • Communication & Planning
    • Project Definition
    • Material Selection
    • Contract Documents
  • Product Design & 3D Modeling
  • Laser-Guided Fabrication
  • Closely Coordinated Delivery & Care
  • Professional Installation
  • Maintenance & Support

Timeless Columbaria is interested in making sure that you get exactly what you want, so we are available to collaborate with your design team as the concepts are developed and evaluated. We are familiar with a wide variety of electronic communication tools and will communicate carefully with you as the concepts are fully defined. As soon as the concept is settled, we will furnish prompt and accurate pricing for our part of the project.

Our intention is to use materials and techniques that will produce columbaria capable of lasting hundreds of years, requiring minimal maintenance.

Obviously we are actively seeking your business and will do all we can to reach a win-win contract agreement with you. Once that is in place, our team will get busy transforming the creative concept ideas into elegant, enduring and memorable columbarium structures. We will produce a 3D model that incorporates all of the features of the concept and as soon as that is finished, we will send you a set of shop drawings for your approval.

Your columbarium will be fabricated and constructed to deliver superior quality and value. One of the advantages of using 3D modeling is being able to produce nearly perfect geometry. Since every part is completely defined in three-dimensional digital space, we can effectively use laser machining and other computer-controlled technologies to produce close-tolerance parts, eliminating the need for custom, hand-fitting. The benefits to our customers include consistent as-built dimensions, higher quality and reliability.

Your columbarium will be delivered on time and will receive tender care as it makes it way from our factory to your location. We plan every step; we prepare the columbarium for shipment; we can track the shipment; and we know exactly when the product will be delivered to the job site. We really never rest easy until the columbarium is safely on the ground.

Our experienced factory team will offload and install your columbaria on time. We will provide information as needed to help ensure effective coordination with local project subcontractors, including base mounting and foundation support details.

Other than periodically washing the stone covers with mild soapy water and maintaining caulked joints, we don’t expect the columbaria structures to require maintenance. If any unexpected issues arise or if you just have some questions, contact us. We’re happy to help.

“We were able to install the 24,000 pounds of steel and 11 cabinets onto the pre-placed foundations in less than 7 days. Even though this was a one-of-a-kind custom project, the only modifications we needed to perform were slightly enlarging a few anchor-bolt holes. Otherwise all of the connections were bolted and everything fit together beautifully.”

Installation Superintendent
